My work aims to become a renewable catalyst for human and technological interaction. I work often with electronic art in such a fashion that it becomes necessary for the viewer to intervene in order to fully experience what has been conceived. Through this intervention, a more intimidate dialogue begins between the viewer, the art, and the artist. The inspiration behind my work lies in my fascination of the concept of the video game, specifically how viewers are required to ‘play’ or ‘participate’ in order to obtain a highly structured visual and audible experience. The interactive portions of my work stem from the formal structure of the video game and how it generates dialogue. Dr. Dulic was my mentor and advisor at UBC. I created the CCT website and helped maintain the Future Delta website during my time at UBC. My own website is featured here on the Centre for Culture and Technology server.
